(一)中華民國內政部移民署自110 年1 月2 日起，辦理外來人口[新式統一證號]換發作業。
1.Starting from January 2, 2021, the replacement of new UI No. for foreign nationals is available at
Ministry of
the Interior National Immigration Agency Republic of China (Taiwan).
(二)請存戶本人(外來人士)攜帶新式統一證號之居留證明文件、第二證件及原留印鑑至本社開戶單位臨櫃辦理資料更新。
2.Depositors of foreign nationals at our bank are advised to come in person to any of our branches to
update
personal information. Proof of residency document containing an ID photo and the new UI No. is required.
(三)如您未申請金融卡、網路銀行或網路ATM等服務，本社將提供書面資料供您以郵
寄或臨櫃等方式辦理資料變更。若您有申請前述服務，因需換發金融卡或重新
配發交易密碼，請您攜帶新式統一證號之居留證件及原留印鑑至本社各營業單
位辦理資料變更。
3.If you did not apply for bank IC card, e-banking or online ATM services, the Bank
will provide written documents for you to modify your information via mail or at
the counter. If you have applied for the aforementioned services and require
replacing your IC card or reissue your transaction PIN, please bring your resident
certificate with new UI No. and your original seal or stamp to any of our branchs
to change your information.
(四)提醒您，如您的統一證號與金融機構留存之證號不相符，除影響本年度所得稅結算申報外，亦會影響您信用卡、保險費、水費、電費…等，扣款失敗之情形。
4.Please allow us to remind you: If your UI No. does not match the one documented by financial
institutions, it
will affect your income tax returns and payment of tax this year, your credit cards, insurance premiums,
water and
electricity bills, etc., which might cause payment failure.
